Q1:What is your MOQ ?
A:---Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs . But we accept lower quantity for your trial order,if we have ready goods,then no moq requirement
Q2:Can I get samples ?
A:---Sure , we can send you 2-3pcs each item for free if the sample is available.
Q3:How long is the sample lead time ?
A:---We can send out within 3 days if you need the sample
Q4:How long is the production lead time ?
A:---Normally the delivery time is about 30-45days , but sometimes 20days is also ok
If we have stock can ship within 3days once confirm order
Q5:Is it ok if I want my own design ?
A:---Yes , we have strong designer team , can design based on your requirement,If you want us to open new mould for your sample,it is also ok .
Q6:How many colors are available ?
A:---We would match colors with Pantone Matching System , So you can tell us the pantone color code you need , we will match the colors you need .Moreover ,we will advise you some popular colors
Q7:What is your payment term ?
A:---Our normal payment term is T / T , 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B / L,But if you need other payment terms for example D/P , L / C at sightis also acceptable.
Q8:if the purchase order is not full for container,can i ship by LCL?
A:---yes, we can do, but we will do EXW, you can check with your shipping forwarder for the cost.
